  Tooling can require an enormous amount of funding for your project and is a significant line item.  Our partner-suppliers are able to leverage the best pricing for your molds for either overseas production, or by importing the mold and making mass-production in the US.  All of our molds exported to the US are of North American quality utilizing DME and KLM standards.  Whether you need hot runners, multi-gate, single or multi-cavity, GES can produce your molds with an infinite range of size and configuration.  All molds adhere to all international standards and come with industry warranties.

• RF Sealing and Welding
  If your project needs to hold water or air, in or out, RF (radio frequency) sealing and welding is your choice.  We have some of the most experienced technicians in the world ready to discuss your RF necessities.   GES also has the sewing capabilities that so many RF projects require/  With 125 machines online from 1-150 KW, GES is the solution for all of your RF projects.

• Precision and Extruded Metal Components
  With 6 lines all equipped with robotic service tables, GES can handle your metal extrusion needs.   Our capabilities include in-house 2-step anodizing, heat treatment, in-house die making and more.  Whether it is aluminum, steel, copper or a composition, GES has the capabilities to manufacture you metal component parts at the price you need to ensure market profitability.
