How it Works - CM/Import

Conceptualize:
GES is here to assist you in developing your final product including design, specifications, quality standards, packaging and distribution.  GES then determines the most suited manufacturer for your project.  

Production:
Once we determine your needs, our partner-manufacturer will begin the sample runs for you.  Upon approval of the samples, we will begin the full production-run.  Our on-the-ground colleagues conduct random and final inspections to ensure that your quality standards are being adhered to.

Distribution:
Upon production-run completion, GES can assist or handle the entire logistic-chain for you including customs, drayage, export/import procedures.  GES also uses comprehensive inventory management systems that can handle your inventory and distribution requirements.  We are also able to offering warehousing and distribution right here in the US.

Market Research:
GES has the resources available to you to determine what is the best new market for your product.  If you already have a market determined, GES can assist you in setting up the contacts, facilities, supply-chain and distribution components necessary for your product. 

Strategic Alliances/Exclusivity/Distribution:
Once we determine your needs, we will go to work for you setting up your new market program.  Some of these services include setting up exclusivity contract rights, strategic alliances with partners, distributors, warehouses, transportation suppliers and the like.  With contacts and colleagues on every inhabited continent on the globe, GES has the resources you need to establish your new international market.
